We are extremely proud of our high quality products, there are quality assurance checks at every step. If however you have found an item which is faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
How much is delivery within Australia ?
We offer the shipping solutions below.

Standard Australia Post Shipping, with tracking:
Flat rate $6.95
(For orders over $150 FREE)
Shipping times 3-7 days.
(Note: If you are within 5kms of postcode 3204, we will aim to courier your package to your address within 48hrs)

Express Shipping.
Flat rate $14.95
Shipping times 1-2 days.
Final shipping options will be shown at final checkout stage.
Can I exchange my immi's?
Exchanges can be made for incorrect sizes on bralettes only.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on masks or underwear. If ordering underwear please be sure to read our sizing charts.

How do I return an item?
Please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your items, we will give you a Returns Form to include in the package you are returning, and an address to send to.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, swing tags must also be attached.
Return shipping is not covered by immi so we suggest using a tracking number as we cannot be held accountable for returns which go missing. Your new item will be sent out free of charge.
How much is international shipping?
Standard shipping with DHL GM Packet Plus.
Flat rate $20 AUD.
Shipping times 3-14 days, this does not include any customs delays.

Pre-Orders
Please Note: Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Ship dates are an estimation, as with global delays in shipping, fabric may not arrive as anticipated.
If your order includes in stock items and pre-order items your order will be shipped together once pre-orders arrive.
